Energy saver is missing

Description of the issue: Power/Energy saver is completely missing
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Download Brave Browser for Linux (following the instructions for “Debian, Ubuntu, Mint”)
  2. Go to browsers settings and in system, the performance system does not have energy saver.

Expected result: Energy saver in the performance section.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.70.119 Chromium: 129.0.6668.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: I am running Linux Mint MATE Edition. This laptop used to run Linux Mint Xfce Edition, and the energy saver feature existed there and worked well.
