Enabling IPFS causes immediate crash

Description of the issue:

Using Version 1.5.123 Chromium: 80.0.3987.163 (Official Build) (64-bit)](https://brave.com/latest/)

Enable IPFS in Extensions causes immediate crash in Linux (possibly other OS’s?)

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Go to Settings. Click to enable ipfs. Immediate crash

Everytime

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):

Additional Information:

I’ve created a new profile and tried on the new profile and same result (crash)

We’re currently in the process of fixing that. Will be implemented in Nightly soon and then eventually Release.
