Enable-gpu-service-logging causes massive 3d content performance issues

I apologize in advance if this post is not in the right category.

I recently had major performance issues with 3d content on websites, I would get maybe 1-2 fps and it made the whole browser slow and unusable. I removed all browser cache, cookies etc. and even switched from Beta to Brave stable. Changing the ANGLE graphics backend also didn’t do the job.
So I started experimenting with all the gpu-related flags.

What I found out was that “enable-gpu-service-logging” caused me all these issues.
I know its an experimental option and is default disabled but I still wanted to give some feedback on this issue.

Steps to reproduce:

Actual result:
3D content is extremely laggy.

Reproduces how often:

I hope the right people get to see this.
