Editing site-specific shield settings (other than from the Brave menu icon)?

Is there a Settings area where I can go to select & edit Shield settings for specific sites that as they would normally be changed from the Shields menu icon?
(e.g. “3rd party trackers” and “block cookies, block 3rd party cookies” and “script blocking”)

I can of course change these from the Shields menu icon, but only after I access the site. And per another post, changes made to the shield site-specific settings while in incognito mode are not retained.

Or is there a file somewhere I can edit?
