Ebay login verification has stopped working and reverts users to a alternate browser

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Once you are already logged into Ebay, when promting to contact a seller, a verification login pops up, and even after user/pw it opens this page message:

Please verify yourself to continue

To keep eBay a safe place to buy and sell, we will occasionally ask you to verify yourself. This helps us to block unauthorized users from entering our site.

Please verify yourself

If you are having difficulties with rendering of images on the above verification page, eBay suggests using the latest version of your browser, or an alternate browser listed in [here]

I also do not have scripts blocked.

Expected result:
I should not have to remove device blocking, nor cross link checks to have this site function.

Hey @Phil_Indeblanc Can you try a couple of things;

Allow all cookies in Shields (in the address bar)
Then logout and re-login again to Ebay.

If this doesn’t work, let me know. Not sure how to test this without buying something
