No it’s not connected because brave has forbidden the connection. But as far as I know bat can be earned after that

Yes, absolutely. You will always be earning BATs till your region has Brave rewards Ad campaigns. You should’ve received a claim button to claim them after which they get stored on your device local files. If you haven’t received it, I guess you’ll have to raise a ticket.
