Duplicated Window Previews when watching videos

Description of the issue:
Whenever I’m watching videos (in fullscreen), usually on Youtube (but could be anything)
as i alt-tab out of the video to use my computer etc, new window previews show in the alt-tab list with the video/stream I’m watching. Usually three or so but sometimes after a long day it can be up to nine previews. It doesn’t clone every time i alt-tab but randomly over time.
If I close the tab the video is playing in then the cloned tab remains as a window title bar shortened with no content in the alt-tab list. If I select one of them, nothing happens. I cannot close them and they do not show up in the Task Manager. The only way to get rid of them is by restarting explorer or my entire PC.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Watch a video from Youtube or any site on fullscreen.
  2. Alt-tab to other windows a bunch of times and eventually duplicated previews will be created.

Actual Result:

Expected result:
No duplicate preview.

Reproduces how often:
Always.
