On February 3th I received a doble discount on my Uphold account. Please let me know the mechanism to get back my funds.

  • Do you have multiple devices linked to your Uphold? If so, how many?
  • Can you share a screenshot of your Contributions and Event Log tabs which can be found here brave://rewards-internals/

No, the only device that is linked to my Uphold account it’s my current laptop.
