Description of the issue:
Downloading - “save to” dialog takes seconds to appear
Every time I download some file from a web page, it takes some 10 seconds before the “Save to” dialog appears. I have a pretty modern PC and this did not happen until recently
Expected result:
“Save to” should be available near instantly
