Downloading of several files impossible

Description of the issue:

On my. Macbook I can only download one file even if I selected several ones, have to confirm each single one. The website is setup for allowing multiple files and it shows the selection even in the small downloading arrow shown right hand of the web address. Not sure, on one day I think I tried to do it that way cause I needed the files and after dozens of it it worked. On my IMac it is working all the time with the same setup. Tried the Beta version to compare but I´m not even to start it, get immediately the Mac error report window.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go on a website for downloading files
  2. confirm that the website is allowed to download multiple files
    3.download

Expected result:
All selected files are downlaoded

go to brave://settings/content/automaticDownloads and make sure it this is enabled Ask when a site tries to download files automatically after the first file (recommended)

if that does not make differance then disable all extension and try in private mode

if it work then the issue either with one of your extension or you need to clear your cache/cookies

:+1: Will try private mode, as mentioned above, settings are all fine. Will check extensions too, but on the Imac I mentioned with the same settings and same extensions (they are both like a clone of each other except two different computers) it´s still working fine. No idea why they behave that different

Ok, all not working, will try delete cache/cookies as last try :sunglasses:
