Description of the issue:
I attempted to download a .csv of some finances and send the file to Dropbox. Both the preview within Brave and the .csv file exclusively contained HTML page information. This issue occurred on more than one site.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to a site the gives you the option to download an item via .csv.
  2. Download.

Expected result:
A .csv
