Description of the issue: Download Function No Longer Works
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. It doesn’t matter what website I visit, (i.e., bank, sheet music portal, etc.), Brave no longer downloads files, (i.e., .CSV, .pdf, etc.). This issue seemed to begin about a month ago after a major update.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): As you can see: 1) screenshot of download attempt, 2) no download file.
Expected result: I have made multiple attempts to download .csv files from my bank. Nothing downloads.
Reproduces how often: Nothing happens when I attempt to download documents/files.
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Ubuntu, Brave version 1.77.101.
Additional Information: I have also included a screenshot of Brave app in the Ubuntu App Store.
