Description of the issue:
The font on the brave://downloads/ (probably more pages involved) does not have proper Cyrillic’s support and partially fallback to other fonts
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to any site
  2. Try to save any file with Cyrillic`s and Latin characters
  3. Open brave://downloads/

Expected result:
Name of the file looks consistent - has same font and styling

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.40.113 Chromium: 103.0.5060.114

Hi

I have Windows 11; I managed to download with cyrillic fonts and other fonts.
I did the following:

  1. Go to Control panels
  2. Choose region
  3. Choose Administrative Tab then click on system locale; choose your language

I wouldn’t help because fonts used in Brave are not local, and I suggest they don’t have Cyrillic version at all
