Description of the issue:
I have Pixel 6a. Battery usage unrestricted for Brave.
Downloading worked before, I started getting this issue during the last week or two.
Brave downloads for a minute, then downlaod stalls but notification still says it is downlading.

How can this issue be reproduced?
- Download a file. Chrome works, Brave does not.
