Double tab opening in private tabs

Description of the issue:
When I go to Private tabs and open a new one, it opens two at once

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open brave (iOS)
    2.Go to private tabs
  2. Open a new one

Expected result:
One new tab

Brave Version:

Version 1.35.1 (22.2.10.16)

Mobile Device details
iOS 15.3.1

I would upload a screen recording but apparently the file extension is not supported
