Description of the issue: I launched my computer and brave, and I was prompted to once again approve notifications for Brave. Now I see two options in the macOS settings app for notifications – one enabled and one disabled. Picture will be provided below.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. I do not know what steps are enough to recreate the problem, I simply restarted my mac and this happened.

Expected result: Having just one option for Brave Browser in the notifications section of the settings interface.
Reproduces how often: First time ever, persists upon another mac restart.

Additional Information: Mac was restarted properly. there was no sudden shutdown.
