Doordash fingerprint detection while Shields are UP

Description of the issue: Doordash’s fingerprinting is allowed while shields and block fingerprinting are enabled.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Login to Doordash
  2. Go to homepage
  3. Look in network log for https://webd-assets.cdn4dd.com/s.js

Expected result: The URL should be blocked as it fingerprints, but is not.
