Since i have to reinstall the application, none claims appear anymore. This is the case both on android and win10. Is there any troubleshooting for me or does anyone have the same problem?

@Esondor if you mean the “claim” notification that appears in the rewards icon in the address bar, that is supposed to appear only on payment date from 5th of every month until all payments are processed.
