DoH/3 support on Windows

Is there a way to enable DoH3 on Brave? I can do that on FF with network.dns.http3.echconfig.enabled but I couldn’t find a way to do that in Brave.

Windows 11 - Brave 1.65.126

@Kimchi,
DNS over HTTP can be enabled in Brave by going to Settings --> Privacy & Security --> Security --> Use Secure DNS

That is normal DoH, I want DoH3 - DNS-over-HTTP/3

I do not believe the browser supports this yet — I’ve asked the privacy team for confirmation.

DoH/3 is supported by default for Secure DNS. I see QUIC (HTTP/3) being used for “Secure DNS” aka DoH connections on my Mac on Wireshark when I select Cloudflare. If your chosen DoH provider doesn’t support QUIC, it would fall back to HTTP/2 over TLS, which is what happens with Quad9’s DoH resolver for example.

I see that Chromium also explicitly announced Android support for HTTP/3: https://security.googleblog.com/2022/07/dns-over-http3-in-android.html

I am using Control D for DoH3 on my Windows. They support DoH3. It works in Firefox and also when I set YogaDNS and disable browser‘s Secure DNS but couldn’t find a way to configure DoH3 on Brave. So far only DoH worked

What is the URL for Secure DNS that you’re trying to use?

Format is: https://dns.controld.com/xxxx
It shows as DoH3 with Firefox when I set network.dns.http3.echconfig.enabled to TRUE network.trr.mode to 3 and with YogaDNS when I set DNS version to DoH3
