Does not retain info for "keep me signed in" on sites

Description of the issue:
In a site that has an option to stay signed in, some of them do not retain the info, forcing me to enter the user and password every time (e.g. Vitacost.com). I think this also may happen when my medical insurance site times out or asks if I want to continue. Every time I try to log in this happens, and every time it asks , it asks “Select this option only on trusted private or personal devices…” even though I’ve selected “Do not show this again” previously.

How can this issue be reproduced?
