Does Brave support jumbo frames with Ethernet adapters? I'm interested in maximizing my network performance and wondering if this feature is available

I’m interested in maximizing my network performance and I’m wondering if Brave supports jumbo frames with Ethernet adapters. I’ve heard that enabling jumbo frames can help to reduce network congestion and improve throughput, but I’m not sure if this is a feature that’s available with Brave.

If anyone has experience with jumbo frames and Brave, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Specifically, I’m curious about:

Jumbo frames is network level, enabling via switch/drivers in the OS. If your device Network card and Switch/router supports it, then any application will take advantage of it.
