Does Brave have user IDs?

I maintain a web extension that makes use of people’s Google user ID (UID) to associate data with their account. In Chrome that can be access in the background script of the extension.

  1. Is there any way to have users allow/enable this in Brave?
  2. If not, is there a different user ID that Brave maintains I could access and use instead?
