Voice to text feature
No, there is not a built in speech to text or text to speech feature in Brave. You would need an extension or some program for that. Keep in mind that text entry is usually through your device and not particular to any browser, assuming you do mean speech to text.
And as to text to speech, where it reads to you, that just is something that has been on a to-do list for a while but has been a low priority as most operating systems already have things available to meet those needs. For those who don’t wish to use those, plenty of other apps, programs, or extensions tend to work perfectly.
