i think there should be another option like

Yes (Multiple devices) with sync and unsync.
No (Multiple devices) with sync and unsync.

I have a device sync and another not, but i got payment on both

I clicked no but it was because I opted out of ads. Its became too much of a nuisance for very little and what little you do get can’t be transferred out of Uphold to your private wallet due to the network fee.
