Do you punish Brawe Browser users?

My first problem: You said that the prizes will be distributed on March 5th. Today is March 12. 7 days have passed and you haven’t deposited my rewards into my uphold account Will your system always work like this? Have you been taking a Siesta for a week?

My second problem: I haven’t been receiving any BAT payments for about 7 days. Have you blacklisted me? Do you punish Brawe Browser users? Why not give us the BAT awards you have promised?

My third problem: why support teams are not helping although the topic is opened in forums. No support team is helping most of the issues I open? Isn’t the purpose of the forum to help users? Why are you opening a forum if you are not going to help?

  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
