DNS over HTTPS doesn't work anymore on Brave Desktop

@Tiak To fix Brave Browser Managed by your Organization follow the steps:

  1. Hold windows button+R and enter regedit
  2. First Save your registry (in case you need later) by opening file+export
  3. Go to and delete the following entries

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\brave
and
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\chrome
