I have noticed an issue when I go to retail websites that have tracking on them. I will see the tracking URL appear in the address bar, and sometimes am even taken to an ‘are you human’ for brandrewards. This strangeness also means that if I’ve googled for a specific product and click on a link to a shop’s page for that product, it loads it and then takes me back to the homepage. I’ve cleared all of my cache/cookies etc and tried turning off-on extensions but to no avail. This only happens in Brave. I tried using DuckDuckGo for a few days and it definitely doesn’t happen there. Brave is much more manageable than DDG so I’d rather stay here but I’m concerned about this behaviour.
