When an exe file is downloaded, so always a download warning appears.
To bypass this download warning, Safe Browsing must to be activated.
We want a way to give this warning disable without enabling safe browsing.

I also would like to see an option to have this warning for ‘harmful downloads’ disabled. I know what I download and I highly doubt that this warning would protect users anyway.
If I’m a noob user that actively download a malware as they promoted it in a phishing mail or whatever I will very likely also just click on the allow this download button as they always had to click that anyway in the past for every download.
