How to stop autoplay of all videos and “video previews” in the Brave browser on iPhone?

The “Auto-Play Video Previews” option in Accessibility>Motion is disabled, both globally and “per app” (Brave), yet seems to have no affect.

Is there a way to completely disable autoplay video on iOS Brave?
