Briefly describe your issue:
I didn’t receive rewards since Feb 2023. Currently I verified my account on Uphold. I’m just wondering, shouldn’t I receive the rest of the months in my account?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
I received the rewards for months before the Mar/Feb 2023 in my Uphold after verifying it.

The payout for June is going on right now. If you don’t receive payment after all payments have completed, best action would be to raise a ticket at

Thank you for your response. but mainly, I meant for the months after February until june (March, April, May) rewards.
I will create a ticket.

Yes, I know. What happens sometimes is, that some payments don’t process in time and could process in next payout. Therefore, asking you to wait till June payout is over.
