Didn't receive March Brave ads

I set up receiving Brave ads through Uphold. Uphold said I need to contact Brave. What’s going on? I am supposed to receive 60+ BAT tokens to uphold.

Would it be safe to assume you just connected to Uphold for the first time and you’re referencing earnings from long ago? And I do mean long ago because nobody has been able to earn BAT without connecting to custodial partners since February 2023.

And vBAT, which I’m assuming is what you’re referencing in your 60+ BAT, was sunsetted at the end of October 2023. Meaning you had until the end of October 2023 to connect or it was “lost” forever. They plastered notices on Reddit, Twitter, Brave’s website, here, had articles written on different websites, notifications showed in our browser, etc. So it shouldn’t have caught anyone by surprise.

I’ve been using Brave for years. Sometimes, it takes forever to arrive in my Uphold wallet. When I don’t receive BAT in Uphold, I contact Uphold, and they solve the problem. This time is different. They told me to contact BAT support.

This is a different issue than you’re mentioning, unless you want to say you’re getting a message you’re in an unsupported region or something.

The questions are:

  1. When did you connect your browser Rewards to Uphold?

  2. Over what period of time are you claiming you earned that 60 BAT?

I connected with Uphold in 2021. I earned 60+ BAT Feb. 2024. I don’t know why I’m not getting it.

I’ll submit a ticket.

Let me preface what I’m about to say by letting you know I don’t work at Brave. I’m just another user here that helps out. Speaking bluntly from person to person, it’s practically impossible to earn 60 BAT in just one month legitimately. Having anyone claim to make that in one month raises suspicion that you’re mistaken or you are committing fraud. But that would just be my own comment based on years of helping people and using Brave.

And yeah, that’s about all you can do. Just create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 and see what they can tell you.

I do use multiple devices. 2 computers and 1 phone.

Once upon a time that was possible. But average person has been earning less than 10 BAT per device. For example, my earnings below:

Brave has had significantly less campaigns lately and they all pay low. This is one of the reasons why we don’t see many Brave BAT buybacks lately at https://brave.com/transparency/

They used to buy once or twice a month. But now they only buy every few months.

I’d bet that either you earning were vBAT from past or your account is flagged because your earnings are too unrealistic.

Anyway, I shouldn’t be arguing or going through this as it’s mainly opinionated and speculation. They’ll review your account when you submit the ticket and then handle things, whichever way that will be

Ok. I’m a flagged user by just being diligent. Haha, I’m leaving this community. Brave News reset by every hour and all I did was just watch Brave News every hour for a few times. OK, I’m leaving.
