Can you give more info? What “monthly payments” that you asking for? Are you asking as publisher or user?

So you’re talking about monthly BAT grants. 
All grants for December is already claimed. Maybe that’s why you not receive it. You can wait for this month grants. I’m not sure about when it’ll be available. Just look for notification on BAT logo at URL bar.
why didnt I get a notification in december? normaly i get a notification but I didn’t got one last month
