Didn't get the May payout

Hi,
Although the brave browser is saying payout is completed to my account. But my solana (in which my bat goes) is not showing that.
Rewards for the previous month

I also didn’t receive the payout expected June 1st, then it changed to June 7th. Now it says completed but nothing is showing up.

Same here. Brave browser informed payout is completed but no BAT come into my account yet (Reward for May).

same, no solana payout.

Same for me though i use uphold not solana but the problem seams to be the same

Did not get my Bat tokens either using uphold

I have the same issue with May Rewards. Notification of payments compleated come up. But I didn’t recive my Bats on my Uphold wallet as months before.

Same situation. But I use uphold. I generated a ticket for support, but the answer was jocking me

@raghavjuneja why did you delete the template and choose to provide no details? It’s tough to help when you ignore all questions and instructions.

More importantly, you and everyone else would have seen the instructions in the template:

For those who haven’t done so already, create that support ticket.

And as a side note, instead of doing “me too” replies on topics with no information, always give details. For Rewards issues, things like when you connected to Uphold, ZebPay, Solana, or whatever, which OS you’re using, which version of Brave you’re on, etc all are important details.

It’s never the 1st. Payment is always around the 7th of each month and it can take longer to process depending on a variety of circumstances.

Reminder for all

Just make sure you do the support ticket. It requests vital information like your Rewards Payment ID and email which should not be shared publicly. With that information they can look into your specific circumstances.

Hi mate, I try to submit a ticket. But I couldn’t find my payments ID. I have received payments in the last months. Therefore it is something that it’s just happening on May Rewards.

@Traveller7 the payment ID would be under brave://rewards-internals. If you don’t see anything there then it might indicate it’s not active on that device (which could just be some error). Can you confirm that you have gone to brave://rewards-internals and you’re not seeing it there?

I blacked out a lot of my information, but here’s a screenshot of what the internals page should look. It’s among this that you would see Rewards Payment ID

Yes, I take look to that adress. But Nothing similar to what you have on the scrn shot. Take a look to what I’m seeing.


@Traveller7 you have brave://rewards/internals typed on yours. The instructions and what I typed earlier is brave://rewards-internals. That is the difference and is why it’s not taking you to the right place.

Yep, me too. ays it’s been paid out and nothing has entered my account since last month’s payout.
