Did not receive the 15.836BAT I was supposed to get for December and when I updated the browser it wiped out my pending balance.-

NEVER EVER RECEIVED THAT AT ALL! WAS TOLD IT WOULD PROCESS IN DECEMBER!!! LIES!!!

I did not receive a single ad all of December. I tried updating in Settings but I got an error.

Updated through the suggested standalone package on github.

Tried to update through Settings after that update but it gave another error.
Something about the updater already running and to try again later.

Tried manually updating from the Download page.
Installer failed with a similar message.

Restarted browser twice.
Browser says it is up to date.

BUT ALL OF MY BAT THAT WAS NEVER PAID OUT IN DECEMBER IS COMPLETELY GONE WITHOUT A TRACE!!!

Please expedite a payout to rectify this IMMEDIATELY!!!

Also, WHY HAVE I NOT BEEN GETTING ANY ADS AT ALL SINCE NOVEMBER???
