Dialog dont show when external monitor plugged

Description of the issue:
Whenever I try to download a file WHEN i have a external monitor plugged, or open a dialog from the Brave Settings, the dialog won’t show up. I can’t download any files
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Plug an external monitor to the laptop. Here a MBP macOs Monterey
  2. Try to download any file

Expected result:
A dialog should have appear to set the destination folder of the downloaded file.

Brave Version( check About Brave ):

Version 1.37.113 Chromium: 100.0.4896.88 (Build officiel) (x86_64)

Additional Information:

The issue can be remedied by unplugging the external monitor
