Device limit reached On wallet

I recently reset my smartphone and set up brave browser. Yet, apparently I’ve reached the max device limit while linking my wallet to zebpay.

And also there’s no linking problem on my secondary device and laptop they are working fine

This is 1st time I’m having this issue I have already submitted many tickets but nothing happened it’s been 2-3 weeks.

@saoiray can you please look into this it’s been a month and I’m not getting any helpfull response on email. All same replies again and again

Thank you @Evan123 my issue has been resolved but why I’m not getting any bat coin from brave news ads in my android devices ? Is it some kind of glitch ?
