I can’t sync my uphold wallet because of device limit

Windows 11 pro

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
no

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
yes

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
yes

This is because you dont have a verified wallet. You need to verify it in order to be able to connect more devices

Yes i have a verified wallet i put no in Is your browser wallet currently verified
because i can’t use my uphold account in my browser right now I didn’t quite understand the question because my English is not good
