[Detailed with workaround]Two windows open, inactive video window freezes, has deleted all my saved logins

Description of the issue with steps to reproduce:
I am browsing with two windows open on one active desktop on Windows 11 Pro (mostly occurring after update 24H2. Video card is Nvidia RTX 2060.
When switching from a non-Brave window (with Alt+Tab or mouse selection) back to the active Brave browser (specifically after a larger elapsed time) which isn’t playing the video - the inactive browser that has a video (Paramount+) playing will freeze. Audio does not freeze. Usually double clicking to maximize the window will speed elapse the missed frames and catch up fixing the error.

During one of these Brave crashes where I terminated the program through Task Manager it had deleted my existing logon credentials and passwords, but not my history.

The most relative browser settings are as follows:

Continue running background apps when Brave is closed = True

Use graphics acceleration when available = True

Always keep these sites active:
https://www.paramountplus.com/ = True

Memory Saver = True/False exhibits no correlation

Extensions: None Installed

Expected result:
Video continues playing indefinitely.

Reproduces how often:
After intermittent or longer periods with two Brave browsers open and unselected, then selecting the browsing Brave window, not the inactive video causes freeze.
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 11 Pro, Brave Latest 1.74.50
