Description of the issue:
On iOS version 1.22.1, desktop bookmark favicons transferred over to mobile during sync. For version 1.23, that no longer happens. Only generic bookmarks now show in v 1.23 when opening the browser. However, when I open an iOS bookmark in a particular folder, then the desktop favicon appears for all bookmarks in that folder. But when you clear the cache, those favicons disappear when reopening the browser.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result:
Desktop bookmarks show in v 1.23 like they used to.
