Designated BAT for a certain unknown creator - How to remove this?

Hi Support Team,

I haven’t designated or tip any creators yet, but I always find this on my notification.

How can I remove this?

You’ve designated 19.6 BAT for creators who haven’t yet signed up to receive contributions. Your browser will keep trying to contribute until they verify, or until 90 days have passed.
