Description of the issue: The delete browsing data on exit setting is not working, and cannot be saved.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Also, attempt to set it to delete browsing history on exit and save. The save button is gray, not clickable.

Just tested this behavior on my end on macOS and Windows systems and the clear data “on exit” feature works without issue. Worth noting that if you have the browser set to launch with specific sites or “continue where you left off”, sites that load when the browser is relaunched will appear in history.
For this, if you already have the Browsing history box checked in the Clear browsing data window, the button will be grey because no changes were made.
Thanks. I haven’t noticed this problem again on the laptop. I may have confused it with my Android. I do have the clear browing data checked, so thanks for clearning that up!
