Defining a URL for a new Tab

I’m brand new to Brave: I’ve managed to define the (local) page displayed on startup, and from the Home button, but I can’t see how to make a new Tab open up with a specified URL :frowning: Is it possible? If not, can it be incorporated in a future upgrade please?

I have found a little workaround for you.
1) Download the Chrome Add-on “New Tab Redirect” from the Chrome Web Store and install the extension.
2) Now click on “Set Options”.
3) Under “Redirect URL” enter the address of the website you want to be opened when opening a new tab. Make sure that the URL begins with “http: //”.
4) Click on “Save”.
