Default to Tablet Interface

I prefer having tabs across the top on my phones like a regular a desktop browser. Usually tablets have these interfaces by default, Brave does. On my phone you can trigger this change over by switching the dp (density-independent pixels, I think?) setting in developer settings to 600.

I would say problem solved EXCEPT, at 600 everything is getting pretty small. I actually don’t leave things on default, I actually leave it set at 525 normally. I looked around a bit in the config file and maybe I missed something, is there something I can change and have it in “tablet” mode without effecting the entire phone?
