Adward in brave, this search engine was installed by default in brave despite the browser settings.
How could this happen in a browser as secure as brave … I question its security …
I’ve never heard of Adward before. Brave (or any browser) isn’t immune to system-wide infections.
Scan you computer with https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
See if it finds anything (and remove), reboot PC and then re-scan just to be sure.
