It’s well documented in End User FAQ that entering a URL in Settings > “My home page is” field results in that page opening when Brave starts, and that multiple URLs can be opened in separate tabs by separating them with a vertical bar ("|"). What I haven’t seen documented is that leaving home page blank causes the Dashboard to be displayed on startup, and that entering a vertical bar followed by nothing (or another vertical bar) causes an additional tab showing the Dashboard to open. (For example, entering “https://www.brave.com/||” in the home page field results in three tabs opening on startup, the first showing the Brave home page and the other two showing the Dashboard.) This is the behavior I would intuitively expect, and I find it highly useful. Please consider adding this to the documentation and making it a permanent feature of Brave.
FAQ section updated. Thanks for the suggestion.
