Debian Stretch not happy with Brave repository

#1

I set up the Brave repository pointing to AWS. However, this is what apt-get update tells me:

W: The repository ‘https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/brave-apt stretch Release’ does not have a Release file.
N: Data from such a repository can’t be authenticated and is therefore potentially dangerous to use.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.
E: Failed to fetch https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/brave-apt/dists/stretch/main/binary-amd64/Packages 403 Forbidden
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

If one goes to that url using a browser one also gets a ‘forbidden’ result.

Seems the release file is the problem. Most likely others will have this problem, too.

Isn’t there a problem with Debian servers? I hear the iso download is down?

W: Failed to fetch https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/brave-apt/dists/jessie/main/binary-amd64/Packages Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT

Got the same error message from Debian Jessie. Any updates on the issue ?
