Description of the issue: Date in Brave is wrong (Brave’s history)

Today is 25th of July, Date in my system is right…

And I think for the same reason Brave’s history isn’t putting all sites I visit, and sometimes when I re-open Brave it doesn’t “continue me where I left off”, it opens old pages…

Brave Version: 1.25.68, Chromium: 91.0.4472.77:

Additional Information: My OS is Manjaro-Linux
