Dashlane Extension not working, always thinks I am a new user

Description of the issue: when I close brave browser the dashlane extension/plugin resets and treats me as a new user everytime which means I get bombarded with new user login notifications
How can this issue be reproduced?: Install the plugin/extension, login as your existing dashlane user then close the browser, when you start up the browser again it asks you to setup as a new user again.

Expected result: that it doesnt prompt you as a new user every single time you start the browser

Version 1.75.181 Chromium: 133.0.6943.141 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Anyone got any hints or ways to resolve this, I have tried adding the dashlane site to shield exclusions, checked I am not wiping cookies or anything on exit, checked extension settings for anything that might help, I dont have any issues with any other browser other than brave, its kinda stopping me using it as its so frustrating having to set it up each and everytime with 2fa and then getting new user notifications.

This seems to have been an issue for quite a while. Similar posts are going back a few years now, without resolution (There may have been a resolution when there still was a Dashlane desktop app, but that no longer exists). I have the same issue. I tried to turn off shield and fingerprint for the site, enabled 3rd party plugins just for sh and giggles no change.
It is not only the extension. When you log into dashlane on the web it allows to log in for 14 days. It works with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Doesn’t work with Brave. If I close the Brave browser and reopen it, I have to log in again. I have been using Dashlane for a long time and am not ready to give up on it. I have been using Brave for three weeks now and I really like it. But if there is no solution soon, I will go back to Chrome or Edge.
