Dashboard Customise H-scroll apears

Description of the issue:
While using the Customise Dashboard the H-Scroll appears in all submenus

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch Brave
  2. Go to the new tab page, press the customise button and go to a different sub-menu

Actual Result:
There is a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the submenu

Expected Result:
There should be no Scroll bar at the bottom

Always

Brave Version:
Version 1.16.68 Chromium: 86.0.4240.111 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Reproducible on current live release:
Yes

I’m using Windows 10 Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041
