Dark mode temp reset after switching apps

Description of the issue:

From a tab displaying brave wallet in dark mode if I switch to another app and back to brave the wallet tab is in light mode. It takes a page refresh gesture to reapply dark mode.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open brave wallet (dark mode preselected)
  2. Use app switching to go to another app
  3. Switch back to Brave
  4. Wallet tab uses light mode

Expected result:

Wallet should retain dark mode upon switching back.
